On this page, we have listed the steps involved from the moment you first contact us, regarding video capture, until you receive the end result. You can also read about the policies we apply to video capture from tapes. We prefer you do read these policies, before sending us any tapes.

Procedure

• Send us an email stating the number of tapes you'd like transferred and eventual other services you'd like us to handle.
  
  
• Once you've got our confirmation and accepted our quotation (which at this point will be conditioned on the shape of the material we get), you send us your tapes via registered mail or any other delivery service, that requires our confirmation when received.
  
  
• Once we've received your tapes, we send you a detailed specification of what we are going to do, how long we expect it to take, and what we will charge.
  
  
• At this point you may have modifications to your order or other things may require an email exchange. If - for some reason - we don't come to an agreement, we'll return your tapes via registered mail and charge you nothing.
  
  
• We start working as soon as we have received your payment. When done, we will contact you to make sure you are ready at the other end, before we return your tapes together with what you ordered.

Policies

• We do not accept any illegal or pornographic material. Any tape containing such material will be destroyed upon sight without compensation.
  
  
• We do not make more than one copy of commercial movies or any other material containing copyright notices, that prohibits copying. However, we do not respect copyright notices that prohibit you to make one backup copy for personal use.
  
  
• We impose rewind fines. As part of our service, we always rewind the tapes to the beginning after capture. However, if we have to rewind a tape before we can start capturing, we apply an extra fee of 0.50 USD.
